Sales Associate Wanted at Express Photo

Do you love sales and actively working with customers?

Express Photo is looking for a new team member who wants to work in a store where Mobile subscriptions and photo services are at the center.

About the role

As an employee with us, you will work in mobile and photo-oriented stores with both service, production, and mobile contracts. Your responsibilities include:

Facilitating mobile contracts, photo services, production, and accessory sales.

• Offering mobile contracts to customers from designated operators
• Photo printing (kiosk, digital, mobile, USB, etc.)
• Ordering and producing enlargements, canvas prints, photo books, and other image products
• Helping customers optimize their images on their mobile devices.

Store & Customer Service

• Greeting customers with professional and personal service
• Selling mobile accessories, frames, albums, and image products
• Facilitating advantageous mobile contracts and services
• Cash handling, restocking, and daily operations

Who are we looking for?

If you wish to apply:

• Have a strong interest in mobile telephony, photography, image editing, and visual work
• Know how a mobile phone works and what operators are available on the market and what they stand for.
• Are service-oriented, social, and confident in customer contact
• Have basic computer skills
• Are meticulous and enjoy order
• Can handle periods of high tempo

Working Hours & Scope

• Position: Part-time with the possibility of full-time
• Working hours: Varying schedule, weekdays/weekends according to Väla opening hours
• Start: Immediately or by agreement
